Chakra (also called Chatora by truths ninjas XD ^^) is the energy which one uses to carry out a technique.
There are two kinds of Chakra:
First is produced by all the cells which make our body, body energy.
The second is that acquired thanks to the drive and the experiment, spiritual energy.
In short, to produce a fate, it is necessary to combine both, then to expel the mixture thanks to specific movements.
The circulatory system of Chakra east is similar to the blood system. It is as a network of drains where Chakra in all the body circulates.

Rock Lee is one of the ninjas which with the capacity to open these doors. For that it proceeds in the following way:
It first of all uses the initial lotus which enables him to open the first door. After having opened the 2nd door which will increase its force considerably, it opens the 3rd door which will enable him to use the technique of the ultimate lotus (Ura Renge).
For more effectiveness, it opens the 4th door before beginning its attack. Lastly, it actuates the opening of the 5th door before giving the final blowā¦
