The Fortifying Stew

Its a stew , its a medicine , it is all the Gladiator needs to get his health back . My Gladiator is a new facebook application which I have very less Idea about . Just trying it out cuz a friend said so . She reached lvl 90 in a months (thats what she says) . So , in reality however , i have to try it out as long as it is beta because that will ensure my success in very less effort .
