We had got a mission from the mayor of Amherst to check out an old and ruined tower near the city . Some people say it was inhabited by Dragon many hundreds of years back and now could have coffers of gold hidden somewhere in its bowels .
The mayor had warned there could be bandits present out there . So we took provisions with us . Miku carried her staff along with her crossbow . I took my longbow along with short knives to stab or throw . The king had sent few troops of his own to aid us . All of us took their weapons and armor which consisted of leather studded with metal and lacquer . They mounted on Chocobos to get to the tower . We mounted our steeds . Mine was a small pony to be honest but wasĀ magnificentlyĀ covered by robes .
When we reached the base of the tower I throughly looked all over the place , the doorway was blocked ,Ā we had to make our way through using dynamite . The whole place had an eerie feeling . Suddenly while making up a flight of stairs we were attacked , I couldnt makeout what they were or where they came from , but we were able to slay them . More and more of those abominations came at us as we climbed up the stairs . Finally after reaching the top the roof had enough place to hold a swimming pool . In the middle a pedestal , and a red glowing ball . There were few more of those zombies that we finished off .
Ā Miku went ahead and grabbed the glowing and it spoke – I am the ball of Venus , Venus might not have grown any balls still, in Hawaiian legend Venus is male and thus we are here . Before it could go any further I grabbed it an struck it to the ground and it broke into many pieces , ‘Oh Lord , I thought , on wonder Venus could not pee straight . Inside was an old tape recorder paying a cassette . Good Old 80s , I thought , bet they could play Frank Sinatra .
