Liver ! Yum !

Chicken liver is one of nature’s best iron rich foods. It is loaded with iron and can be a key tool in fighting iron deficiency and iron deficiency anemia. With chicken liver, we recommend that you buy organic. There have been studies that show an increase in arsenic in chicken liver from non-organic chicken because of the level of arsenic in non-organic chicken feed.

Ingredients
600 g broiled liver
1 cup tomato, sliced
1/3 cup onion, diced
2/3 cup green pepper
1/2 tsp olive oil
2 vegetable stock cubes
1/2 tsp garlic
1 cup green beans
1/2 cup water

Directions
pan fry onion and gralic using olive oil
add liver and brown
mix all ingredients and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until liver is thoroughly cooked
serve with boiled boiledĀ potatoesĀ or rice

Liver is great for you skin and butt.
