Ingredients
600 g broiled liver
1 cup tomato, sliced
1/3 cup onion, diced
2/3 cup green pepper
1/2 tsp olive oil
2 vegetable stock cubes
1/2 tsp garlic
1 cup green beans
1/2 cup water
Directions
pan fry onion and gralic using olive oil
add liver and brown
mix all ingredients and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until liver is thoroughly cooked
serve with boiled boiledĀ potatoesĀ or rice
Liver is great for you skin and butt.
