In the ancient and illustrious city of Mohenjodaro, a unique and enigmatic family known as the ‘Masked Family’ resided. This family earned their moniker due to the father, the head of the household, who always adorned a bone mask, adding an air of mystery to their presence. The emblem of the family proudly displayed a magnificent mammoth, symbolizing strength and resilience. Mohenjodaro, once a bustling trade center along the Saraswati river civilization, particularly in the peaceful town of Harappa, thrived on the exchanges of goods and ideas. However, the tranquility was shattered one fateful day when a violent altercation erupted in the heart of the Harappan marketplace, disrupting the harmony that once defined the region.

The turmoil unfolded between the Sinauli Vedda traders and the Naga Northerners hailing from the Takshak Dynast, stirring chaos and discord among the once amicable communities. The Harappan people, in response to the unrest caused by the Northerners, banished them from their midst. Nevertheless, the disgruntled Northerners harboring a thirst for vengeance, orchestrated a heinous attack on the outskirts of Harappa, leaving a trail of devastation in their wake. In a retaliatory move, the Harappan populace mercilessly razed all Northern trading settlements, inflicting heavy casualties and economic setbacks, especially on the Masked chieftain and their relatives.

The Northern tribes had been pivotal suppliers of essential raw materials crucial for the prosperity of the Harappan economy, deepening the impact of the brutal conflict on both sides. Tragically, news arrived from the far north of the massacre of the Masked chief’s kin, further fueling the flames of animosity between the long-standing factions. The leader of the tribe, whose bone mask was a symbol of authority and legacy, was discovered amidst the carnage and fell into the hands of the newly empowered Northern Naga tribe, seen as a potent emblem for seeking retribution against the Harappan populace.

As tensions escalated, the Northern Nagas began mobilizing their forces, preparing for a decisive march towards Harappa, prompting the Harappan people to fortify their defenses and brace themselves for an inevitable confrontation. The battleground witnessed a fierce clash between the opposing sides, where spears shattered, and resolve was tested to its limits.

Despite a valiant effort by the Harappan defenders, the Northern tribe emerged victorious in a hard-fought battle, marking a significant turning point in the power dynamics of the region. In a gesture of mutual respect and acknowledgment of valor, the Masked chief bestowed his revered mask upon the valiant defender of Harappa, symbolizing a bond forged through adversity.

Confronted with the reality of their defeat and recognizing the prowess of the Northern tribe, the elders of Harappa made a crucial decision to follow the Northern leaders’ guidance, ushering in a new era of cooperation and understanding. Sensing the winds of change, the father of the Harappan champion understood the need to depart from Harappa, bidding farewell to their familiar surroundings. With arrangements made by the Northern tribal chiefs, the new Masked Family, now entrusted from the leadership of the Harappan trading guilds, embarked on a journey into the unknown, forever marked by the transformative encounter with the enigmatic figure donning the bone mask.
